PineconeX does not have direct access to the personal trading accounts or brokerage statements of its users. Only our proprietary, rigorously tested and validated runtime acts on behalf of the user, executing solely the orders the user's own strategy generates.

Live trading jobs run on a secured on-premise server. Each job is self-contained and no trading records are retained by PineconeX. Broker access granted per job is non-persistent and is not stored beyond the lifetime of that job. We cannot guarantee 100% uptime; manual user action is required to resume live jobs following a system reset.

Market data used for backtesting is provided by Massive and Saxo Bank, and is provided “as is”. Data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness are not guaranteed. Verify independently before use in live trading.
